Shutout Deals

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shutout Deals

mobile application (the "App") provided by LineView LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing

or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the

Terms, then you may not access the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you

represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us.

1.2 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to

use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

1.3 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

 Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

 Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App.

 Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the App.

 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or any user accounts.

 Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the App.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation: You may need to create an account to use certain features of the

App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information

and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when

creating an account.

2.3 Account Termination: We may terminate your account at any time for any reason,

including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

3. Deals and Content

3.1 Deal Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about deals.

However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any deals.

3.2 Third-Party Websites: The App may contain links to third-party websites. We are not

responsible for the content or privacy practices of these websites.

3.3 User Content: You may be able to submit content to the App, such as reviews or

comments or user Data. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to

use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

4. Disclaimer

4.1 No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or

implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4.2 Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from

the use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and

consequential damages.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities,

costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App or your

violation of these Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of

Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and

encourage you to review the Terms periodically.
